Courtney is a Rett Syndrome parent (she’s Frankie’s mom) and professional who’s life and education have been driven by her passion to be of service to others.
A native Californian, she found her way to the PNW after attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison on a softball scholarship and then transferring to Linfield University to finish her Bachelors in Social and Behavioral Science. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Special Education with an emphasis in Adaptive Physical Education and has been inspired by her daughter and all the special children she’s been surrounded by on their journey.
She understands firsthand the struggles and challenges that families face when attempting to find resources and support for their complex children. In her free time, Courtney loves to be outside, camping, gardening, or her favorite activity, spending time with her family, both human and furry.
